Darlene Mezzabotta

Founder / Principal Paralegal

Darle​ne L. Mezzabotta was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2011. Darlene is a dual licensee, holding a licence as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant. Darlene also holds a certificate in Provincial Offences from Osgoode Hall. Darlene is the principal paralegal at her firm, Auxilia Law.


Her practice is devoted to representing clients in various civil litigation cases, including cases arising from employment, contract disputes, and personal injury matters. In addition to these cases, Darlene focuses on immigration matters.


Darlene frequently appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, social justice tribunals, and many other tribunals. Darlene’s advocacy has resulted in a number of reported judicial and arbitral decisions. She relies on her decade-long experience in human resources to provide exceptional services to clients in employment/labour disputes.


As an educator, Darlene has been asked by publishers to review many textbooks for use in post-secondary education institutions. She is currently an instructor and the Paralegal Program Coordinator at triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc.’s Brampton and Mississauga campuses. Darlene is dedicated to advancing the paralegal profession through her work as an advocate and educator.
